  • How do we get started?

    Simple head over to our pricing page. Select a plan that suits you. Sign up and follow the instructions. Once you've signed up, a member of our onboarding team will reach out to you to help you with the onboarding process. And you can rest easy. Your wordpress worries are now ours.

  • What if I want some adjustments made to my site and not a monthly plan?

    You can submit your requirements at our Get A Quote page. One of our team members will reach out to you and will provide a quotation after analyzing on your requirements. Our regular cost is $80/hour for development work. Customers who are on either of our monthly plans, receive a 50% discount ($40/hour) for any Wordpress Custom Jobs.

  • Do you offer Web Hosting?

    As a matter of fact, we do. We offer a 100% Cloud Hosting plan, with a 99.99% uptime guarantee. Our servers are super fast powered by CloudLinux which allows us ensure all our client websites are independent of each other. You can read more about hosting plans here.

  • What payment methods can I use?

    Our Parent company Parisai Consulting is headquartered in Mumbai, India. However, the Higheo Team (employed full-time) works remotely with members in the US, Singapore, India, Australia, Canada, Philippines and Germany.

  • What is your Refund Policy?

    Should you be unhappy in the first 30 days of our service. We will offer you a full-refund. However, this will also mean removal of any paid plugins or optimizations applied as part of the service. After the first 30-days, no refund (pro-rated or otherwise) are offered.

  • What information will you need from me to get started?

    We have a proper onboarding process once you become our client. As you go through it, we'll require access to your wordpress and your cPanel. We'll help you understand what we need and readily answer all your questions as we go along. Your site's credentials are locked away in a seperate vault with a 256-bit AES encryption. We'll never change your passwords and guard them like we guard our own security.

  • Do you have fixed Support Hours?

    No. We are one of the only companies to offer 24 x 7 support. Most queries are assigned and resolved within a few hours. However, we ofer a 24-hour resolution guarantee. Read mbout it here.

  • Can I change plans after I signup?

    Absolutely. Once you've decided to upgrade or downgrade your plans - simply contact us and we'll take care of the same. A new prorated invoice will be generated and your billings will be adjusted. You won't be overcharged at anytime.

  • What if I am hosting elsewhere?

    That shouldn't be a problem. Our clients have their website all over and we work with several hosting providers. If you're on an unmanaged hosting solution though, additional charges may apply.

  • Is there a minimum contract for your services?

    Absolutely Not. You're free to cancel your subscriptions anytime. You can do so from within your PayPal account as well. However, please note that the additional premium features (plugins, updates etc.) will be removed on completion of your contract.

  • Do you offer Bulk Discounts?

    We absolutely do. As a matter of fact, we work closely with 3 large agencies managing over 110 (at the moment of writing this) of their clients. If you have more than 10 sites - *contact us* and we'll prepare a special discounted package for you with a few additional incentives.

  • Can I resell your services?

    Since this is a personalized service - you'll have to act as an intermediary between us and the client. However, if you'd like to whitelabel our services - let us know by *contacting us* and we can set it up such that our company name isn't visib;e to your customers.
