What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Client Data
Since we’re a website maintenance company, it is imperative that we collect certain information about our client.
When accessing our website, Higheo will learn certain information about you during your visit. How we will handle information we learn about you depends upon what you do when visiting our site.
If you visit our site and subscribe to our services, we collect and store only the following information about you:

- The date and time you access our site

Over and above this, more private information such as login credentials are collected via self-destructing links through email.

How long we retain your data
If you’re a subscriber to one of our services – we’ll retain the data for as long as you have an active subscription. Once your subscription ends, we’ll hold on to the data for 15 days and post-that it’ll be removed entirely from our systems. Should you wish to resubscribe, you will have to provide us with all of the required information once again and any old emails or conversations will become unavailable.
If you’re just a website visitor, we’ll retain your data indefinitely. We use Google Analytics on our website, a program that helps us get a statistical on our marketing campaigns and visitors.
Who will your data be shared with?
Identifying Data such as your Name, email and Address will be shared with our Payment Processors – PayPal.
Data related to your Website (Login Credentials, Domain Name etc.) may be shared securely with third party tools that we use to provide maintenance, monitoring and reporting services.
Visitor data will be shared with Google using their Google Analytics program. The information collected is for statistical purposes. Higheo may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Additional information
For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, Higheo uses software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.
Higheo will not obtain personal identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us, nor will such information be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the approval of the user at the time of collection.
