Refund Policy
A customer will be entitled to a refund in the following scenarios –
- A refund request is made within 30 days of signing up. In such a case, a request made via email will be honored. This policy is per client – not “per website”. So an individual or a company, who has signed up and previously used our services is not entitled to a 30-day refund policy.
- No refunds shall be provided on a prorated basis. If you decide that the service is not for you, after the initial 30 days. We’ll stop your subscription.
- A refund also means that any premium plugin added to the site as part of our services will be removed.
This refund policy was added on 1st August 2020 – and shall be used to fight any chargeback claims.
Fair Usage Policy – Revisions
We wish to provide all our clients with a seamless and extremely consistent ordering experience.
As such, we request for approvals at every stage of our work.
While we’re happy to make minor changes to the site, as a courtesy. This shouldn’t be abused to make us conduct major edits or perform grunt work on the site.
At a reasonable level, requests will only be accepted for smaller edits. Requests will not include a complete overhaul of the site or a feature.
